I don't know who needs to hear this today....
but pressing Shift + Tab will move your cursor backwords in forms or Tab select-able items.

I learned this years ago...but was using it and remembered how late I learned it being shameful. 🔔
@Clifford Then pressing Control+Tab in a browser will blow your mind. And if you're feeling wild, also try Shift Control + Tab.
Try it in other tab-like interfaces too, like vscode.
